The event was timed to the 230th anniversary of aeronautics in the city.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3263\" src=\"http:\/\/one-ukraine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_0159-1024x765.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"732\" srcset=\"https:\/\/one-ukraine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_0159-1024x765.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/one-ukraine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_0159-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/one-ukraine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/IMG_0159-768x574.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This monument was made by the local sculpture Sergey Klappetur, and the cost was paid by Iryna Petrovskaya, owner of the famous Petrovsky store.
